There are inherent risks involved in using any product,
including by not limited to: serious physical injury, and possibly death.
Spirit Industries’ products are to be used by experienced adults over 18
years of age only. The Seller will not be held liable under any circumstance
for incidental or consequential loss or damage or injury, due directly or
indirectly to the use of Spirit Industries’ products, including any
malfunction from negligence or defect. The Seller makes no claims as to the
suitability of Spirit Industries’ products for any specific purpose or use.
Buyer understands that the use of Spirit Industries’ products can cause
injury or death to themselves or others. The Buyer holds our company and its
agents and affiliates harmless from any liability arising out of or relating
to the use of ownership of any Spirit Industries’ product. Buyer fully
accepts responsibility & releases the Seller for all & any personal
injuries, fatal injuries, any losses, costs, and damages incurred as a
result of Buyer or anyone else in the operation of Spirit Industries’
products. Once Buyer submits payment, this will serve as Purchaser Agreement
to releasing Seller of any and all responsibilities of items such as stated
above. By purchasing a Spirit Industries’ product, you acknowledge that you
have read and understood, and you agree, to the terms and conditions of this
Agreement, and you represent that you are of legal age (age 18 or older) to
enter into this Agreement and become bound by its terms.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is confidential. Spirit Industries is serious
about protecting our customers’ personal information. Browsing our site will
not collect any personal information. In order to fill your order, we will
need to gather certain information, such as your name, home address, phone
number and e-mail address. We will not sell, rent, trade or give away
individual, personally identifiable information entered on this site to any
third party. We collect such information so that we can process orders,
personalize your shopping experience, or send you the latest product and
other useful material. If you do not wish to receive further material from
Spirit Industries, you may simply respond to our e-mail or otherwise tell us
that you do not want to receive future communications. Online Orders: When
you make a purchase, Spirit Industries uses PayPal, a leader in online
credit card transactions and security, to process your credit card. We do
NOT have access to your credit card number, when you use PayPal. Outside
Links: We cannot control the privacy policies of other sites. Any time you
click a link to another site, you should read that site’s privacy policy and
be aware that we are not responsible for information gathered or received
from other sites. Changes: This privacy policy is subject to change at the
sole discretion of Spirit Industries. When we modify it, we will post the
changes in a revised policy statement.
Guaranteed Fit
Our universal mounting system is guaranteed to fit your
trailer. We will work with you to make sure we have explored every option
for a perfect fit. If your HayRak cannot be made to reasonably fit your
trailer, we will refund your money upon safe return of the product in the
original carton. Some limitations apply.
Please note, the ladder included with the HayRak system may not fit all
trailers. However, we do provide you with the option to purchase a
custom-made RV ladder for your trailer at an additional cost.
Shipping Damage Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged in
shipment, please contact us immediately. We can file a damage report with
the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the damage. Any and
all damage must be documented with photos of the damage (this is required to
file a claim with the shipping company) and e-mailed to us within 3 days of
delivery. Return Policy
We accept authorized returns on unused products for 30 days
after you receive your product. Unused means that the product has not been
assembled or used in any way. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item
to process your refund. You are responsible for returning the product in
new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging,
complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts,
accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you
will be charged a 50% restocking fee. You are responsible for paying all
costs for return shipping and insurance.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you cancel an order from any of Spirit
Industries’ websites, including but not limited to HayRak.com., after the
order is placed, there is an ORDER CANCELLATION FEE OF 7% OF THE PURCHASE
PRICE. This fee is to cover the costs of removing the order from our
payment, warehouse and shipping systems, as well as to help recover the cost
of credit card processing and refunding.
